Complaints Procedures.
At TreeCap, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality of service. However, if you are not satisfied with any of our services, we would like to hear from you. We take every complaint seriously and handle it carefully and efficiently.
If you have a complaint regarding the product or the actions of the Manager, you can submit it in writing to the Manager at the postal address Beursplein 5, 1012 JW Amsterdam, or via email at info@treecap.nl. Your complaint will be handled as promptly and carefully as possible. Once TreeCap BV becomes a licensed manager under the AIFMD, it will join the Financial Services Complaints Institute (Kifid). From that moment, if the outcome of the complaints procedure is not satisfactory to you, you will have the option to escalate your complaint to the Financial Services Complaints Institute (Kifid).
